AI and automation disclosure
OperatorLoop uses software, automations, and AI-assisted systems to speed up the scoped workflow. The design goal is faster execution with visible control, not hidden autonomy.
What may be automated
Depending on scope, OperatorLoop may classify inbound items, draft follow-ups, chase missing inputs, normalize scope, prepare work packets, and write review summaries.
These actions are limited to the agreed workflow lane and supporting systems.
What stays behind approval
Refund decisions, unusual promises, public communications, spending decisions, and other high-risk or irreversible actions remain approval-gated unless written scope says otherwise.
The approval edge is part of the product, not an afterthought.
Reviewability
OperatorLoop is meant to stay inspectable through logs, summaries, queued approvals, and written handoff.
The buyer should be able to see what moved, what waited, and what changed without reverse-engineering a black box.
