- Workflow context, documents, screenshots, and delivery materials shared for fit-check, setup, or support.
- Records of approvals, exceptions, status updates, and delivery artifacts needed to run the agreed workflow.
Why data is processed
Data is processed to assess fit, scope installs, deliver the agreed service, provide support, and maintain a clear record of work and approvals.
Data may also be retained where required for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Processors and systems
OperatorLoop uses the hosting, email, and software systems needed to run the service and keep delivery records.
When checkout is enabled, payment and billing data will be handled through Polar as Merchant of Record rather than directly on this site.
Retention
Inquiry, delivery, and support records are kept only as long as needed for evaluation, delivery, support, legal retention, and operational review.

You can request information, correction, or deletion where applicable by email.
