Support

Support and fulfillment

OperatorLoop support runs async and in writing. The goal is a visible queue, clear next steps, and a written delivery trail for the exact workflow in scope.

Primary support lane

Send fit-check, support, and delivery questions to hello@operatorloop.com.

Include the workflow, tool stack, blocker, and any pending approval if you want the fastest useful reply.

What support covers

Support covers the agreed workflow lane: issue handling, maintenance, rule tightening, and scoped improvements.

Anything materially broader is re-scoped before execution.

Week-one fulfillment baseline

Week one is one approval-aware workflow first: approval map, missing-input chase, work-packet format, bounded launch, and first review artifact.

OperatorLoop does not promise full-business autonomy on day one.

Support posture

Requests are handled asynchronously and in writing unless a specific exception is agreed.

High-risk exceptions and live delivery blockers are prioritized ahead of speculative change requests.

Refund and payment path

Refund requests use the policy published on /refunds.

No public self-serve checkout is live on this site yet. When live checkout is enabled, Polar will handle billing and tax as Merchant of Record.
