Refund policy

This is the current public refund baseline for OperatorLoop's productized install and recurring improvement service.

Current checkout status

No public self-serve checkout is live on this site yet.

Payments are taken only after scope and commercial terms are confirmed in writing.

Install work

If a paid install is cancelled before substantial scoped implementation starts, unused prepaid amounts are refundable.

Once substantial implementation has started, or once agreed deliverables such as the approval map, missing-input chase, or first work packet have been delivered, fees already earned for completed work are non-refundable.

Recurring monthly improvement

Monthly improvement can be stopped before the next billing period begins.

Charges for a period that has already started are generally non-refundable unless required by law or agreed otherwise in writing.

How to request a refund

Email hello@operatorloop.com with the order reference, the paid service, and the reason for the request.

Requests are reviewed against the written scope, work already delivered, and any mandatory legal rights that apply.

Future checkout wording

When checkout is enabled, Polar will handle billing and tax as Merchant of Record.

That payment rail does not change the underlying service sold by OperatorLoop.

This page will be updated again before checkout goes live so the published wording matches the final billing and refund flow.
